1. All American Rejects - Move Along
All around it's such an amazing record! The production is incredible and the songs are very catchy. It's always in either my or my boyfriend's car when we are out driving around and it's perfect driving music!
2. Copeland - In Motion
It is such a moody record and the songs are so heart felt. I love the lead singer's voice and his melodies are amazing. Definitely puts me in a creative mood every time I listen.
3. Killswitch Engage - The End of Heartache
This is the record that got me to love metal music! The musicianship blows me away! The lead singer has one of the most amazing singing voices and screams. I'm telling you, I would listen to this record 10 times a day.
4. Imogen Heap - Speak for Yourself
Imogen is one of the most influential vocalists for me right now. She sings with such ease and has such a soothing voice. This record moves so well. Her songs and the way she produces her records is insane! She can do it all!
5. Between the Buried and Me - Alaska
This is my boyfriend's favorite band and at first I wasn't sure if I liked them but they really grew on me. We listen to them all the time and have seen them live and they are very good. Their musicianship is insane. They also do a Queen cover and play it perfectly!
6. Coheed and Cambria - Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV
Coheed and Cambria has been one of my favorite bands for a really long time! Claudio's voice is so unique and his style of writing is too. Every record is a concept album, and is almost in rock opera format. It's all based on one story and every record expands more and more on the story. I think they are amazing and this record is the best one so far. Can't wait for their new release next year!
7. Blindside - Silence
This is Blindside's best record! It's been one of my most played records for the past 4 years. They are incredible. No words to describe the way I feel about this album!
8. My American Heart - Meaning in the Makeup
This is just a purely catchy record. I listened to it a lot at a very pivotal point in my life and there are a lot of memories that go along with it!
